야외에 계획된 GRAND PATIO와 그와 연결된 홀, 그리고 레스토랑 LA GRANA는 외부와 내부의 밀접한 관계성을 의도한 작업이며 이는 현대적으로 재해석된 절제된 르네상스 양식의 아름다운 건축미와 균형이 만들어낸 호텔의 특별한 디자인적 가치입니다..붉은색의 석류에서 유래했다는 Grana를 어원으로 이름 지어진 LA GRANA는 그 어원을 대변하듯 구조와 양식에 붉은색으로 채색되었고 1층 로비와 연계된 보이드 공간의 art-work 또한 근원적인 디자인적 가치를 표현하기 위한 상징적인 결과물입니다.이는 아름답고 특별한 최고의 호텔 환경을 조성하기 위한 호텔의 디자인적 가치의 초석이며 헤리티지로 남게 것입니다.

The comprehensive renovation of Inter-Burgo Hotel was conceived with the intent to express both interior and exterior spaces—and their interconnected facilities—through a unified design language and emotional tone. Each space was meticulously designed with a clear functional purpose, where form, proportion, and color emerged from a fundamental and essential design philosophy.

The Grand Patio, located outdoors and seamlessly connected to the adjacent hall and the restaurant LA GRANA, exemplifies the intentional relationship between exterior and interior environments. This spatial continuity is articulated through a refined reinterpretation of Renaissance architectural principles—restrained yet elegant—bringing forth a unique sense of harmony and timeless aesthetic value throughout the hotel.The name LA GRANA, derived from grana, the Latin word for pomegranate, is reflected in the restaurant’s dominant red hues, applied thoughtfully to its structural and stylistic elements. In alignment with this concept, the void space adjacent to the first-floor lobby features a site-specific art installation that symbolically communicates the essential values of the design.
